“The inspection was extremely thorough. It included a written report with photos, which were delivered via e-mail with a matter of hours. As we walked thought the house together, I was given explanations of both good and bad points about the house. Roger Villa also saved me the cost of a new water heater. The plumbing contractor I hired told me I should upgrade to a bigger tank, because the water was lukewarm. Roger noticed that the temperature setting on the water heater was set to a very low point, and all I had to do was raise the temperature to get all the hot water I needed. I highly recommend House Calls.”
